SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship all items within 48 hours of purchase. Your order will be shipped via commercial tracked service and items can be shipped worldwide (price in the FAQ section). If you need your order sent sooner please send us an email and we will be happy to help.
Please note, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet
RETURNS
We offer a 14 days return policy on full priced pieces from the date of purchase. If you wish to return all or any of your purchase, please notify us via email info@thefashionviolin.com .
Please provide the order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return. Please note that returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging. You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item(s) and I advise that you use a tracked service.
The refund has been made via the original method of payment. You will be refunded the original amount minus the initial shipping costs.
Any items received past 14 days from order will be returned to you or we can offer you our consignment service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
